The third consultative meeting for members of the Board of Directors and governorate coordinators

The Conservation Society of the Philippines is still continuing its established approach of involving its members and coordinators in consultation, and listening to their opinions and suggestions, in a way that enhances the spirit of cooperation, unifies efforts, and contributes to developing institutional work and serving the Book of God Almighty.
The third consultative meeting for members of the Board of Directors and governorate coordinators

In the context of its continued keenness to consolidate the principle of Shura and enhance the spirit of cooperation among its members, the Conservation Association of the Philippines held the third consultative meeting for members of the Board of Directors and provincial coordinators, in a meeting that brought together an elite group of the association’s leaders and coordinators. To discuss a number of important issues and topics related to the work process, its programs and projects.

The Association is still continuing with its established approach of consulting with its members and coordinators, involving them in discussing the Association’s affairs, listening to their opinions and suggestions, and benefiting from their expertise and experiences. Believing that Shura is one of the most important means that contribute to good planning, quality work, and achieving the desired goals.

The meeting included discussing a number of future plans and programmes, exchanging expertise and experiences among the participants, in addition to discussing ways to enhance coordination and cooperation between the Board of Directors and governorate coordinators, and developing work mechanisms in line with the association’s aspirations and mission.

The importance of unifying efforts, integrating roles, and working in a team spirit was also emphasized, which contributes to the advancement of Qur’anic, advocacy and educational projects and programmes, and enhancing the association’s presence and impact in society.

This meeting is an extension of the efforts made by the Conservation Society of the Philippines in developing institutional work, consolidating effective communication between the Board of Directors, its members, and provincial coordinators, and creating an environment based on cooperation, consultation, and the exchange of visions and experiences.

The meeting reflected the spirit of brotherhood and shared responsibility among the participants, and affirmed everyone’s keenness to continue working hard to serve the Book of God Almighty, the people of the Qur’an, and the Muslim community in the Philippines, and to strive to develop programs and initiatives that achieve the association’s goals and serve its mission.

God Almighty said:

“And their affair was consultation among themselves.”

And God Almighty said:

“And cooperate in righteousness and piety.”

We ask God Almighty to bless the efforts of the members of the Board of Directors and the provincial coordinators, and to guide them to what is good and righteous, and to unite their words in truth, and to help them in fulfilling the trust, and to place what they provide in the service of the Book of God Almighty in the balance of their good deeds, and to bless the journey of the Conservation Society in the Philippines and its blessed efforts.
