Message from the President

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, who revealed the Qur’an as guidance and mercy for all mankind. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and companions.

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the official website of Jummeyyatul Huffaz Bil Filibeen. We ask Allah Almighty to make this Association a beacon dedicated to serving His Noble Book and its people, and to bless the efforts of everyone who has contributed and continues to contribute to its journey.

Jummeyyatul Huffaz Bil Filibeen was not established merely as an institution concerned with Qur’an memorization. Its vision is rooted in a broader and more comprehensive mission: to care for the Book of Allah through memorization, understanding, education, and character development; to serve and support the Huffaz and the people of the Qur’an; and to nurture a Qur’anic generation equipped with knowledge and values that contributes to the reform and advancement of society.

With this mission, the Association implements a range of Qur’anic, educational, academic, and character-building programs through Qur’anic Centers and Study Circles, the Qur’anic Kindergarten Program, Educational and Academic Programs, Teacher and Da‘wah Training Programs, Qur’anic Competitions, and Islamic and Educational Training Courses. These initiatives are complemented by the care, support, and encouragement provided to Huffaz as they continue their journey of seeking knowledge and serving the Noble Qur’an.

The Association also seeks to establish strong educational institutions that provide an environment where young people can be nurtured upon the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger ﷺ, preparing students who combine Qur’an memorization, Islamic knowledge, noble character, and a strong sense of responsibility toward society.

Among the programs we are particularly proud of are the Huffaz Academic Colleges at the college and master’s levels. Through these programs, we aspire to prepare qualified scholars and professionals who are capable of carrying the message of knowledge and da‘wah, serving their communities, and contributing to a future founded upon knowledge, faith, and values.

The mission of the Association extends beyond education to include community service and charitable and humanitarian work. Through various projects, we seek to assist those in need, care for orphans, support Qur’an teachers and students, build mosques and Qur’anic centers, and contribute to different avenues of الخير, asking Allah to make all these efforts sincerely for His sake.

We believe that serving the Noble Qur’an is a great responsibility, and that one of the greatest gifts we can provide to future generations is to connect their hearts to the Book of Allah and provide them with an environment that enables them to learn, grow, and develop under the guidance of the Qur’an.

Our Aspirations for the Future

At Jummeyyatul Huffaz Bil Filibeen, we aspire to expand our mission to different regions throughout the Philippines, strengthen the network of Qur’anic centers and educational institutions, and extend our support to more Huffaz, Qur’an teachers, and students.

We also aspire to further develop our academic and educational programs, organize more courses, forums, and Qur’anic competitions, and prepare a generation of teachers, da‘is, scholars, and leaders who carry the message of the Noble Qur’an with knowledge, wisdom, and sincerity.

We further look forward to strengthening cooperation with Qur’anic, educational, and da‘wah institutions within the Philippines and abroad, exchanging knowledge and experiences, and bringing together available talents and expertise in the service of the Book of Allah and the people of the Qur’an.

Our greatest aspiration is to see in the Philippines a conscious Qur’anic generation—knowledgeable about the Book of its Lord, committed to living by it, characterized by its noble teachings, and beneficial to its families, communities, nation, and Ummah.

In closing, I extend my sincere appreciation to everyone who has stood with Jummeyyatul Huffaz Bil Filibeen: scholars, Shaykhs, teachers, supporters, benefactors, volunteers, and all those who have contributed their time, wealth, knowledge, or effort to this blessed mission.

I also invite people of الخير, benefactors, and supporting institutions to become partners with us in this journey. Serving the Noble Qur’an and building a Qur’anic person is a collective responsibility and a mission of the Ummah, whose fruits, by the permission of Allah, will extend to generations to come.

We ask Allah Almighty to bless the efforts of Jummeyyatul Huffaz Bil Filibeen, guide us to what pleases Him, make the Qur’an the spring of our hearts and the light of our chests, make us among its people and those closest to it, bless our children, students, Huffaz, and teachers, and make them a source of benefit to the land and its people.

And Allah is the Giver of success.
